Genesis Housing Corporation offers FREE Housing Counseling Classes, covering in three sessions:

1. Class One: Understanding credit & credit repair – learn how to improve your credit score. Obtain a free credit report from all major credit bureaus.

2. Class Two: Money management – Learn how to prioritize spending in tough economic times, how current spending impacts future financial options and set up a working budget “It’s more than just bills.”

3. Understanding the home buying process – Learn about Agreements of Sale and how to choose a Realtor. Also, learn how to qualify for different types of mortgages and loan & grant programs for first time homebuyers.
