Weightloss Diary Entry: 1-Motivation
I am trying to lose some weight, but it is extremely hard, because I love food. I want to try to lose 17-20lbs. I am tired of my chubby face, and flabby belly. That ain’t cute. The hardest thing is motivation, and staying committed, resisting temptation for fatty foods, and exercising. This is by far the hardest thing that I have tried to succeed in. I can’t give up. I am so sick of complaining. I need to start doing. I really want to inspire and help someone else. I will document all of the things that I am doing and document what is helpful. The first thing is just saying No to certain Foods. That is hard, but I have to start somewhere. I am going to keep a food journal to see what foods are working, and which ones are not. I feel so fat , but motivated. Here I go!

I have never really seen this side of President Obama. He is always criticized for being too cool and aloof. This was a long and hard presidential campaign. By the prez crying it shows that not only was he the best chose for president, but he is a decent human being.
