Interesting, Philly’s own Gillie Da Kid expressed his gripe with the way Cash Money handles their Royalties and Publishing back in 2006.

I see it like this if Cash Money owes Bangladesh the royalties then pay up. A Milli was the Sh*!, and The Carter III went on to sell over a million copies in one week. Bangladesh is taking his accusations to court, hopefully he will get what he is owed if his allegations are true.

Martin Luther King Jr. High School in Philadelphia held their Love Yourself Pep Rally on June 4. Phillyitgirls.com had the honor of being at this Community Empowerment Event! The Guestlist included the Astrounauts, DJ Diamond Kuts, Meek Mill, and Hosea Chanchez of BET show the Game, and many others. This event was about giving back to your community and being Role Models. Just when you think that nobody cares about Philly the Astrounauts came through and not only performed but gave these students words of encouragement…Mont Brown believes that The Youth of Philly needs to be involved in after school programs to stay out of trouble, and that at the end of the day celebrities are blessed and should always give back to their communites.
