Acting Class Week: 4

So Let me be real with you guys, I did not feel like going to class last night, I felt anxious and just plain afraid.  I get so easily intimidated by the other students in the class, because they seem to have more acting experience than me. However, I cannot give up. Fear holds people back, and I will not give into that. (Plus I paid for the lessons, and there ain’t no refund)  Anywho, we did the 2 truth and the one lie game, and we had to act out 3 scenes but it only had 1 speaking line. That was so hard, but it turned out to be so much fun. I’m still nervous about the next lesson, but I encourage everyone to go out for your dreams, and don’t let anything stop you. I’m the shyest person  in the world, if I can do it, so can you.

Acting Classes Week 2

Howdy everyone, I hope yall having a great week.  I am currently on my vacation from my 9-5. Last night, I attended my acting lessons with my class. It was very challenging.  A  lot of improvisation, and making up characters on the spot.  I played at least 20 characters last night, including a hitch-hiker and a party host.  The main theme of the class was listening and trusting your acting partner, which is hard, because you barely know each other.  It was a lot of fun, but I have to learn how to relax and not be so hard on myself.  Check in with yall next week.
